Work for attorneys
Drafting, discovery, records and paralegal support for attorneys and law firms is performed under the supervision and direction of the engaging attorney, who remains responsible for the work product and for the representation of the client.
Work for individuals
For individuals, we prepare and format documents at the customer’s direction. We do not select forms, recommend a course of action, or advise on legal rights, remedies or deadlines. If your matter needs a lawyer, we will say so and refer you to licensed counsel. Services for individuals are available only where permitted by state law and any required registration.
