These terms govern your use of this website and any quote request you submit through it. Engagements are governed by the written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over these terms.
Not a law firm
Aqualex Paralegal Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation or attorney services. Work for attorneys is performed under the supervision of the engaging attorney. Document preparation for individuals is completed at the customer’s direction, and we do not select forms or advise on legal rights or remedies.
No attorney-client relationship
Using this website or submitting a quote request does not create an attorney-client relationship or an engagement. An engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days and cover the scope described in them. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Two rounds of revisions are included unless the quote says otherwise.
